Work

A hundred-odd projects. Here is how to read them.

Around half of what we deliver is under NDA, so this is a representative sample rather than a complete list. Where we cannot name a client we describe them precisely instead — an anonymised project is still evidence, a missing one is not.

A distribution business · Under NDA

Taking over a system whose original vendor had vanished

No documentation, no handover, no source access for two of the services. We reverse-engineered the estate, documented it, brought it under an SLA, and have run it since.

A European manufacturing group · Under NDA

Condition-based maintenance across four production lines

Maintenance ran on a fixed calendar, which meant servicing healthy machines and missing failing ones. We instrumented the lines and moved scheduling onto live vibration and thermal data.

An energy services contractor · Under NDA

Field inspection app for crews working beyond network coverage

Inspectors were filling paper forms and re-keying them at the depot two days later. The app captures inspections, photos and signatures offline, and syncs the moment a crew is back in range.

A regional retail chain · Under NDA

Offline-first POS for 60 branches on unreliable connectivity

Branches in outlying areas lost connectivity daily, and the previous POS simply stopped selling. We rebuilt it offline-first: every terminal transacts locally and reconciles when the link returns.

A retail group · Under NDA

A transformation roadmap sequenced by payback, not ambition

The board had approved eleven initiatives to run in parallel. We sequenced them by dependency and payback, cut three that duplicated existing capability, and attached a cost to every remaining step.

A payments company · Under NDA

Migration off on-premise with a rollback plan at every stage

A regulated payments workload with no tolerance for a failed cutover. We moved it in seven stages, each independently reversible, and each rehearsed against production data before it ran.

A government services authority · Under NDA

A bilingual services portal built to accessibility standard

The existing portal failed accessibility audit and its Arabic was a machine translation of the English. We rebuilt it Arabic-first with full RTL, and took it through an independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit.

A national logistics operator · Under NDA

One ERP across 14 depots and three legacy systems

Three acquisitions had left the operator running three incompatible systems and reconciling them in spreadsheets. We consolidated onto a single ERP, migrated eleven years of records, and kept every depot operating throughout the cutover.

    A private university

Registration that survives the first day of term

The old system collapsed under the registration-day spike every semester. We rebuilt the queueing and capacity model, then load-tested it at four times the historical peak.

A private hospital group · Under NDA

The integration review that cancelled a replacement project

The group was about to replace a hospital information system it had owned for four years. Our review found the failure was in two integration points, not the platform. We fixed those instead — for a fraction of the replacement budget.
