Digital Transformation has been building and running business systems since 2019. More than a hundred projects later, the thing clients keep coming back for is not that we ship — it is that we are still there in year three when the system needs to change.
Why we work the way we do
Most technology failures we are called in to fix are not failures of code. They are failures of ownership: three vendors each delivered their piece correctly, nobody owned the joins, and the business is left holding a system that technically works and practically does not.
So we organised around the opposite. Seven disciplines under one roof, one team accountable end to end, and a written scope you can hold us to. When something breaks at three in the morning, there is no question about whose problem it is.
It also means we will tell you when a project should not go ahead. An honest no early costs far less than a yes that unravels in month eight — and it is the reason a large share of our work comes from clients who have hired us before.

Integration between systems is where projects actually fail, so it is explicitly in scope rather than assumed to be somebody else's job.

Documentation and access from day one. If you decide to take the system in-house, you can. A vendor who makes leaving hard is managing risk, not earning trust.
We answer for it afterwards
Support under a defined SLA on what we built — and on what you inherited from a vendor who is no longer around.

Headquartered in Iraq, delivering across the Gulf, the wider Middle East and North Africa, Europe and the Americas. Projects run in Arabic and English as a matter of course.
